When is my next WaniKani review?

Forecast shows reviews already due, the scheduled time of the next available batch, and the time remaining until it arrives. The values come from the latest WaniKani availability data refreshed into this browser.

How far ahead does the review forecast look?

The wave chart covers the next 24 hours. The desktop timeline continues across the following days so you can see whether today’s light period is followed by a heavier schedule.

Does Wanascope send review reminders when the site is closed?

Yes. In Forecast, choose All reviews or Level-up only and allow browser notifications. When a reminder arrives, your browser checks WaniKani directly before showing the latest queue and level-up-path counts, even when the Wanascope tab is closed. The read-only API key stays in this browser and is never stored by Wanascope servers. Choose Off at any time to remove the reminder credential and stop notifications. On iPhone or iPad, add Wanascope to the Home Screen first.
